Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 369, a family pack for both boys and girls from kindergarten through 5th grade, serving Monrovia, Ijamsville and surrounding areas.
With the support of our Charter Organization, Grow Frederick Inc., we offer a family centered, volunteer driven program to enable our kids to:
Make new friends
Get outdoors
Build self-esteem, leadership skills, sense of value and belonging
Develop the drive and pride at achieving rank through recognition of their achievements
Have a deeper appreciation for service to others in our community
Ultimately gain new life skills and knowledge through fun adventures
Parent / Guardian Commitment:
To have fun and participate.
To do your best to support our cubs and Den Leaders,
To volunteer where needed: fundraising, assistant Den Leader on rotation, events..,
To enable your cubs to fundraise through popcorn sales registering for open slots &/or creating fundraising opportunities,
To be present and enable your cubs to succeed by supporting/enabling, tracking and registering achievements.
Den Meetings: led by the Den Leader, usually held on Thursday, twice a month, cubs complete fun activities towards achieving their required adventures to make rank.
Pack Meetings: held once a month, usually on first Thursday, led by the Cubmaster, all Dens and their families meet to do fun activities, learn about upcoming events and there will be a presentation of achievements. See planned schedule.
Pack Special/Fun Events & Activities held once a month: hiking, fishing, camping, snow tubing, holiday parties..
Service to others: Scouting for food, supporting our elderly, veterans and homeless..
Fundraising for Pack and Scouting community: learn the value of earning their way, setting goals, and supporting unit program through popcorn sales, hosted car washes, selling wreaths...
Sportsmanship Events: Egg Drop, Pinewood Derby, Raingutter Regatta.
